Jasmine is very rude and refused to breakdown the upcharges on my insurance. I have never dealt with her while dealing with my services there and I don’t recommend this insurance agency, I have been with state farm for 5+ years and have only dealt with chaos since my account got taken over by this office after my local office had closed. NOT ENTIRELY TRUE SIR, I have NOT received the email breakdown, but whatever hku and jasmine see fit is how things get ran in that office over became very aware of that, HOWEVER I am very satisfied with being put in to a different office that is more knowledgeable and very much so, more customer service based. They actually gave me the clarification and answers needed that you were unable to provide. Thank you so much for getting me to the right insurance broker FINALLY. I appreciate it.
